Booking Policies

1. Booking Policy

Deposits: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance is due the same day as booking and before the event/session.

Cancellations: Cancellations made [7] days before the event will result in the loss of the deposit.

Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule their session up to [14] days before the event without penalty. Rescheduling within [7] days may incur a fee.

Payment Policy

Methods of Payment: Accepted forms of payment include cash and bank transfer( Via Cashapp, Paypal and Zelle).

Payment Schedule: Outline when payments are due ( Other half of deposit at the event/session).

Late Payments: Late payments may incur a fee of $10 dollars per [15 mintues].



Model Release Policy

Usage Rights: Clients grant the photographer the right to use images for promotional purposes, including portfolio, website, and social media, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Consent: Written consent is required for minors (under 18) to be photographed and for their images to be used.\
